Description:

This free course looks at the nature of low mood and depression and demonstrates different methods of dealing with this difficult emotion.

This is a taught course, run in a group format, so although there will be some group discussion it is up to you how much or how little you choose to take part.

This course will run for three weekly sessions held on a Thursday afternoon  between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

 

Please Note – THERE IS NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE ROOM WE USE AT NEW ORIEL HALL, attendees will need to walk up a steep flights of stairs.

There is FREE parking at this venue. However, it is limited and can be very busy. We recommend allowing plenty of time to park or use public transport
