New Mindfulness course now available to book!

We are pleased to offer a new course "An Introduction To Mindfulness". This course will be provided in two venues, which will alternate, one in Bath and one in Paulton.

Mindfulness is an evidence based therapy which is helpful to people experiencing low mood, anxiety and managing long term health conditions.
