Pregnancy and Parenthood

Having feelings of anxiety or low mood are common.  The perinatal period can be an emotional time and it can sometimes be difficult to know whether your feelings are manageable or whether you might benefit from discussing your wellbeing in more depth. Trust yourself. You are the best judge of whether your feelings are normal for you.  We have a number of resources for you to look through that might help to explain the support available to you.  We would welcome a self referral to discuss how we can further meet your needs
